Orders
when placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which amounts to a binding contract. An email will be sent confirming receipt of payment and effectively accepting the order. I reserve the right to refuse any order.
Making a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. You make a payment for goods by PayPal. Simply click on 'add to cart' for the item you wish to buy. You can then continue shopping or you complete your order shipping calculator is for Australian residents, it is simply to complicated for me to set up individual postage for International customers, however as I believe everyone is welcome to purchase from us simply add your items to the cart and continue the check out process, enter your country in one the the address fields and include whatever information is needed in the required fields, select Bank Wire as payment method and I will manually weight and get postage quote for your country and send an invoice direct through Paypal for you to either accept or decline. Paypal is the only accepted method of payment for International customers. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase the items you can pay by debit or credit card if you prefer. Just follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to enter your PayPal details if you have an account. It's as simple as that! This is all held on a secure server by Paypal. PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online credit and debit card payments. It is a secure system with over 20 million registered users. PayPal and Tin Tiara will then send you an email confirming the transaction. This will normally happen within 24 hours. I currently prefer to use PayPal but you can use your credit card without the need for a PayPal account. You can also pay by Bank deposit/internet transfer
Delivery
We aim to deliver items within 7-10 working days within Australia. If you place a custom order it will take longer and this will be confirmed when your order is made. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your items within this timescale you will be contacted.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post for drop off without signature. Some larger items will come with tracking and registered mail is an optional extra for those items without it.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. If the postage quoted on the website is dearer than actual postage and packing I will refund the difference via Paypal. I use recycled packaging to keep the costs to the customer down.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns/Refunds
I think you will be very satisfied with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then I offer a 14 days returns policy. Please contact me immediately by email to advise me that you are returning the item and I will give you instructions for returns.
We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to me.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customised items and commissions cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty goods
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged please contact me by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund(including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.
Handmade Service
Custom orders are welcome on any of our handmade designs, these require a 50% deposit to start and the balance within 7 days of completion. There are no refunds on custom orders.
